Use of the tools

The tools are provided free of charge for personal, educational, and classroom use. You may print and distribute worksheets and puzzles you create with them, including in a classroom setting. You are responsible for the words and content you enter.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that results are complete, that a puzzle is solvable, or that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Always review generated materials before using them, especially with your own word lists.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Word Puzzle Kit and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Intellectual property

The site's design, code, and original text are the property of its operators. The bundled word list is released under CC0 as described on the sources page. Puzzles and worksheets you generate from your own words are yours to use.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to create or distribute material that is unlawful, harassing, or harmful. Do not attempt to disrupt the site or misuse it in ways that infringe others' rights.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
